INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE The Fund aims to grow your investment over 5 years or more.
RISK AND REWARD PROFILE Lower risk Higher risk
Potential lower rewards Potentially higher rewards
1234 5 67
The Fund has not changed the risk level category during the financial period.
The risk and reward category shown is based on historic data.
• Historic figures are only a guide and may not be a reliable indicator of what may happen in the future.
• As such this category may change in the future.
• The higher the category, the greater the potential reward, but also the greater the risk of losing the investment. Category 1 does not indicate a risk free investment.
• The Fund is in this category because it invests in company shares and the Fund’s simulated and/or realised return has experienced high rises and falls historically.
• The Fund may be impacted by movements in the exchange rates between the Fund’s currency and the currencies of the Fund’s investments.
This rating does not take into account other risk factors which should be considered before investing, these include:
• The Fund relies on other parties to fulfil certain services, investments or transactions. If these parties become insolvent, it may expose the Fund to financial loss.
• Sustainability factors can pose risks to investments, for example: impact asset values and increased operational costs.
• There may be an insufficient number of buyers or sellers which may affect the Fund's ability to buy or sell securities.
• Where information is sourced from ESG third party providers, there may be limitations in the accuracy, completeness and availability of this information. How ESG factors are considered may vary between different investments.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW For the six months ending 30 June 2026, the Fund’s I Accumulation class shares returned -7.07% (net of fees in sterling), while the S&P 500 Index returned 11.69%.
The largest contributors to absolute performance during the six-month period were Texas Instruments ( + 309 basis points (bps)) as improving demand across its industrial end markets, alongside continued strength in data centre applications, reinforced confidence in the company's long-term growth outlook;

PERFORMANCE REVIEW (continued) Coca-Cola ( + 97 bps), after first quarter results highlighted broad-based demand across the franchise and sustained pricing power; and Alphabet ( + 95 bps) after first quarter results highlighted resilience in Search and accelerating Google Cloud growth, driving a sharp rerating through May before the shares eased back in June. The largest absolute detractors were Microsoft (-166 bps), despite reporting strong results during the April earnings season, and Zoetis (-113 bps), which we exited in the second quarter, as it declined following disappointing first quarter results that raised cyclical and structural concerns around its core U.S. companion animal business. Financial exchange Intercontinental Exchange (-113 bps) was weak in the second quarter as trading volumes moderated from the exceptionally high levels seen earlier in the year and the emergence of perpetual futures products in the U.S. raised concerns over the long-term economics of traditional exchange operators. We believe the impact on the franchise is likely to be limited and continue to see its core competitive position as intact, with retail demand the primary driver of perpetual future adoption and the incumbent exchanges well positioned to launch competing products should institutional demand develop.
Looking at relative performance, while sector allocation was negative, stock selection posed the greater headwind, with outperformance in consumer staples outweighed by weaker selection in industrials, health care and financials.
MARKET REVIEW For the purposes of the market review, sector and benchmark performance is provided in U.S. dollar (USD) terms and not the base currency of the Fund. The S&P 500 Index was up + 10.2% in USD terms in the six-month period after an exceptionally strong second quarter of 2026 comfortably offset the declines experienced during the first quarter. Performance remained concentrated in AI infrastructure and selected cyclical areas: industrials ( + 22%) was the standout performer, supported by strength in capital goods ( + 28%), with information technology ( + 21%) a close second, driven by semiconductors ( + 48%). Energy ( + 21%) was also strong, supported by higher oil prices.
PORTFOLIO ACTIVITY We initiated five new positions in the period: Netflix, Amazon and Cencora in the first quarter, and McKesson and Ferguson in the second quarter.
Final sales in the first quarter were Broadridge Financial Solutions due to growing concerns around AI disruption and the potential impact on parts of its business model, ADP following a reassessment of its relative quality profile amid the accelerating AI narrative, and Roper Technologies after a modest organic growth miss and slightly softer forward guidance highlighted limited room for execution missteps at a premium valuation. In the second quarter there were three final sales: Zoetis, after disappointing first quarter results exposed a deterioration in the core U.S. companion animal business (around 45% of group sales); 1 Abbott Laboratories, after a period of persistent underperformance in its higher quality medical devices business together with management's decision to allocate additional capital towards lower-growth divisions reduced our confidence in both the future earnings mix and the long-term investment case; and Arthur J. Gallagher, as we sought to consolidate our insurance broker exposure into our highest-conviction name, Aon.
STRATEGY & OUTLOOK The portfolio is deliberately positioned for today’s environment. It combines selective exposure to AI through carefully chosen enablers where we believe competitive advantages are durable, with a collection of high quality businesses whose long-term fundamentals remain intact despite substantial AI driven deratings. As these companies increasingly demonstrate that AI can enhance, rather than impair, their long-term earnings power, we believe there is significant scope for valuations to recover. It also maintains a meaningful allocation to defensive, high quality businesses – including long-standing core holdings and newer opportunities in areas such as luxury and media – whose investment cases are largely independent of the AI debate, and which we believe should provide resilient earnings through the cycle. 1 Source: Zoetis company reports; International Equity Team analysis. The largest contributors to absolute performance during the six-month period were TSMC ( + 98 basis points (bps)), which performed strongly following a record-breaking first quarter, with robust demand for its artificial intelligence (AI) processors and raised full year revenue growth guidance supporting its growth outlook;

Fund Review (continued)
PERFORMANCE REVIEW (continued) Coca-Cola ( + 82 bps), after first quarter results highlighted broad-based demand across the franchise and sustained pricing power; and Alphabet ( + 76 bps), after first quarter results highlighted resilience in Search and accelerating Google Cloud growth, driving a sharp rerating through May before the shares eased back in June. The largest absolute detractors included SAP (-204 bps), which more than reversed the moderate gains made following its well received Sapphire conference in May as software in general weakened in June. While investors continue to debate the long-term implications of AI for enterprise software, we believe SAP's position as a deeply embedded system of record gives it a solid base, along with the right to compete for the new market as agentic capabilities are increasingly layered onto existing enterprise systems. Zoetis (-92 bps), which we exited in the second quarter, declined following disappointing first quarter results that raised cyclical and structural concerns around its core U.S. companion animal business. Microsoft (-164 bps) also detracted, despite reporting strong results during the April earnings season.
Looking at relative performance, while sector allocation was negative, stock selection posed the greater headwind, with outperformance in consumer staples outweighed by weaker selection in information technology, financials and industrials. This continued the trend that has characterised relative performance over the past 12 months, where software and other data-skewed sub-sectors have materially lagged AI infrastructure and more cyclical parts of the market.
MARKET REVIEW For the purposes of the market review, sector and benchmark performance is provided in U.S. dollar (USD) terms and not the base currency of the Fund. The MSCI World Net Index was up + 9.7% in USD terms in the six month period after global equity markets delivered an exceptionally strong second quarter of 2026, comfortably offsetting the declines experienced during the first quarter. Performance remained concentrated in AI infrastructure and selected cyclical areas: information technology ( + 22%) was the standout performer, driven by semiconductors ( + 54%) and hardware ( + 26%), while industrials ( + 15%), helped by the AI infrastructure buildout, also delivered double-digit returns, supported by the cyclical capital goods ( + 20%). Geographically, the Netherlands led the index in the first six months of the year, rising + 40% in USD terms, driven by strong gains in semiconductor equipment companies.
PORTFOLIO ACTIVITY We initiated seven new positions in the period: Netflix, Amazon, TSMC and Cencora in the first quarter, and Hermès International, McKesson and Schneider International in the second quarter. In the second quarter there were three final sales: Zoetis, after disappointing first quarter results exposed a deterioration in the core U.S. companion animal business (around 45% of group sales); 1 Abbott Laboratories, after a period of persistent underperformance in its higher quality medical devices business together with management's decision to allocate additional capital towards lower-growth divisions, which reduced our confidence in both the future earnings mix and the long-term investment case; and Arthur J. Fund Review
INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE The Fund aims to provide a regular income stream and to grow your investment over 5 years or more.
• The value of financial derivative instruments are highly sensitive and may result in losses in excess of the amount invested by the Fund.
• Investment in China A-Shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect program may also entail additional risks, such as risks linked to the ownership of shares.
• The derivative strategy aims to increase the income paid to investors, but there is a potential for the Fund to suffer losses.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW For the six months ending 30 June 2026, the Fund’s I Accumulation class shares returned -12.97% (net of fees in sterling), while the MSCI World (Net) Index returned + 11.17%.
The largest contributors to absolute performance during the six-month period were TSMC ( + 101 basis points (bps)), which performed strongly following a record-breaking first quarter, with robust demand for its artificial intelligence (AI) processors and raised full year revenue growth guidance supporting its growth outlook;

Fund Review (continued)
PERFORMANCE REVIEW (continued) Coca-Cola ( + 81 bps), after first quarter results highlighted broad-based demand across the franchise and sustained pricing power; and Alphabet ( + 75 bps), after first quarter results highlighted resilience in Search and accelerating Google Cloud growth, driving a sharp rerating through May before the shares eased back in June. The largest absolute detractors included SAP (-198 bps), which more than reversed the moderate gains made following its well received Sapphire conference in May as software in general weakened in June. While investors continue to debate the long-term implications of AI for enterprise software, we believe SAP's position as a deeply embedded system of record gives it a solid base, along with the right to compete for the new market as agentic capabilities are increasingly layered onto existing enterprise systems. Zoetis (-93 bps), which we exited in the second quarter, declined following disappointing first quarter results that raised cyclical and structural concerns around its core U.S. companion animal business. Microsoft (-159 bps) also detracted, despite reporting strong results during the April earnings season.
In the first six months of 2026, the overwrite (the sale of index call options) detracted -236 bps from performance. The year-to-date swap impact was negative despite the positive coupon collection of around 0.25% per month. Over the period equity markets performance has been strong with almost double-digit positive performance leading to negative contribution from the overwriting strategy, which sells call options. With volatility increasing and equity markets declining overall in March due to the Middle East conflict, the strategy impact became positive over the first quarter of 2026. However, this positive impact was offset in the second quarter as markets rallied and volatility decreased as a result of the ceasefire between the United States and Iran, particularly during April and May.
MARKET REVIEW For the purposes of the market review, sector and benchmark performance is provided in U.S. dollar (USD) terms and not the base currency of the Fund. The MSCI World Net Index was up + 9.7% in USD terms in the six-month period after global equity markets delivered an exceptionally strong second quarter of 2026, comfortably offsetting the declines experienced during the first quarter. Performance remained concentrated in AI infrastructure and selected cyclical areas: information technology ( + 22%) was the standout performer, driven by semiconductors ( + 54%) and hardware ( + 26%), while industrials ( + 15%), helped by the AI infrastructure buildout, also delivered double digit returns, supported by the cyclical capital goods ( + 20%).
In the second quarter there were three final sales: Zoetis, after disappointing first quarter results exposed a deterioration in the core U.S. companion animal business (around 45% of group sales); 1 Abbott Laboratories, after a period of persistent underperformance in its higher quality medical devices business together with management's decision to allocate additional capital towards lower-growth divisions, which reduced our confidence in both the future earnings mix and the long-term investment case; and Arthur J. Gallagher, as we sought to consolidate our insurance broker exposure into our highest conviction name, Aon. 1 Source: Zoetis company reports; International Equity Team analysis.

Fund Review (continued)
STRATEGY & OUTLOOK The portfolio is deliberately positioned for today’s environment. It combines selective exposure to AI through carefully chosen enablers where we believe competitive advantages are durable, with a collection of high quality businesses whose long-term fundamentals remain intact despite substantial AI-driven deratings. As these companies increasingly demonstrate that AI can enhance, rather than impair, their long-term earnings power, we believe there is significant scope for valuations to recover. It also maintains a meaningful allocation to defensive, high quality businesses – including long-standing core holdings and newer opportunities in areas such as luxury and media – whose investment cases are largely independent of the AI debate, and which we believe should provide resilient earnings through the cycle. All information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be deemed as a recommendation to purchase or sell the securities mentioned.

• There may be an insufficient number of buyers or sellers which may affect the Fund’s ability to buy or sell securities.
• Investment in China A-Shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect program may also entail additional risks, such as risks linked to the ownership of shares.

Fund Review (continued)
PERFORMANCE REVIEW For the six months ending 30 June 2026, the Fund’s I Accumulation class shares returned -2.04% (net of fees in sterling), while the MSCI World (Net) Index returned + 11.17%.
The largest contributors to absolute performance during the six-month period were TSMC ( + 274 basis points (bps)), which performed strongly following a record-breaking first quarter, with robust demand for its artificial intelligence (AI) processors and raised full-year revenue growth guidance supporting its growth outlook; ASML ( + 242 bps), following strong first quarter results in April, where robust demand across both logic and memory customers, together with increased 2026 guidance, improved visibility around future EUV (extreme ultraviolet lithography) demand; and Texas Instruments ( + 176 bps) as improving demand across its industrial end markets, alongside continued strength in data centre applications, reinforced confidence in the company's long-term growth outlook. The largest absolute detractors included SAP (-204 bps), which more than reversed the moderate gains made following its well-received Sapphire conference in May as software in general weakened in June. While investors continue to debate the long-term implications of AI for enterprise software, we believe SAP's position as a deeply embedded system of record gives it a solid base, along with the right to compete for the new market as agentic capabilities are increasingly layered onto existing enterprise systems. Financial exchange Intercontinental Exchange (-78 bps) was weak in the second quarter as trading volumes moderated from the exceptionally high levels seen earlier in the year and the emergence of perpetual futures products in the U.S. raised concerns over the long-term economics of traditional exchange operators. We believe the impact on the franchise is likely to be limited and continue to see its core competitive position as intact, with retail demand the primary driver of perpetual future adoption and the incumbent exchanges well positioned to launch competing products should institutional demand develop. Microsoft (-115 bps) also detracted, despite reporting strong results during the April earnings season.
Looking at relative performance, while sector allocation was negative, stock selection posed the greater headwind, with outperformance in consumer staples outweighed by weaker selection in industrials, financials and health care.
Geographically, the Netherlands led the index in the first six months of the year, rising + 40% in USD terms, driven by strong gains in semiconductor equipment companies.
PORTFOLIO ACTIVITY We initiated eight new positions in the period: Netflix, Amazon and Cencora in the first quarter, and Nintendo, Hermès International, McKesson, Ferguson and Schneider International in the second quarter. In the second quarter there were three final sales: Zoetis, after disappointing first quarter results exposed a deterioration in the core U.S. companion animal business (around 45% of group sales); 1 Abbott Laboratories, after a period of persistent underperformance in its higher quality medical devices business together with management's decision to allocate additional capital towards lower-growth divisions, which reduced our confidence in both the future earnings mix and the long-term investment case; and Arthur J. Gallagher, as we sought to consolidate our insurance broker exposure into our highest conviction name, Aon. 1 Source: Zoetis company reports; International Equity Team analysis.

Fund Review (continued)
SUSTAINABILITY The Fund seeks to achieve a greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions intensity that is 50% lower than that of the reference universe (which is defined, only for the purposes of comparing GHG emissions intensity, as companies of the MSCI All Country World Index), measured as a weighted average of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions per $1 million of company sales. Please refer to the Fund Prospectus for further information.
As at 30 June 2026, the Fund’s GHG emissions intensity was 80% lower than the MSCI All Country World Index. 2
2 Source: Trucost. WACI is calculated using Scope 1 & 2 emissions per $million of company revenue. The term carbon refers to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, measured in metrics tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) emissions. Our data provider’s methodology follows the GHG protocol and includes carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxide (N2O), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs), sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) and nitrogen trifluoride (NF3), calculated in metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent. Some carbon/carbon equivalents data may be estimated by the data provider. Data excludes cash. Fund Review (continued)
PERFORMANCE REVIEW (continued) The value added or detracted in any period of time will typically result from stock selection, given our philosophy and process.
The long-term investment horizon and conviction weighted, highly active investment approach embraced by Counterpoint Global can result in periods of performance deviation from the benchmark and peers. The portfolio underperformed the S&P 500 Index this period largely due to the adverse impact of stock selection.
Stock selection in information technology, industrials and communication services were the largest relative detractors. Shopify, a software and services company that provides merchants with world-class commerce tools, enabling them to sell directly to consumers and manage their businesses across all sales channels, was the greatest detractor across the portfolio. We believe Shopify benefits from efficient scale and cost-related competitive advantages and is well positioned to continue acquiring merchants of all sizes while offering a comprehensive suite of services. We believe the company can be a beneficiary of the continued secular shift away from offline retail toward ecommerce as consumers increasingly value convenience, cost and selection advantages. Its shares underperformed, driven by weaker sentiment across the software sector and concerns around potential disruption from artificial intelligence (AI), despite strong quarterly results, robust merchant activity, and an encouraging outlook supported by continued innovation and partnerships across emerging AI-driven commerce channels.
Stock selection in health care contributed positively to relative performance, as did average underweights in financials and communication services. The greatest contributor across the portfolio was Royalty Pharma, one of the largest buyers of biopharmaceutical royalties and a leading funder of innovation across academic institutions, non-profits, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. We believe the company benefits from intellectual property and brand related competitive advantages and is well positioned due to the growing capital needs for biotechnology companies and increasing demand for innovative therapies. Its shares outperformed, supported by strong results, better-than-expected outlook, and multiple anticipated milestones across its development portfolio.
MARKET REVIEW U.S. large-cap equities, as measured by the S&P 500 Index, advanced in sterling terms over the six-month period. Industrials, information technology and energy were the index’s best performing sectors. Financials, consumer discretionary and communication services were the greatest underperformers in the index.
PORTFOLIO ACTIVITY As of the end of the reporting period, the Fund’s largest sector allocations were information technolog y, y, health care and consumer discretionar y. y. The Fund had no exposure to the consumer staples, energ y, y, materials and utilities sectors.
STRATEGY & OUTLOOK Counterpoint Global looks to own a portfolio of unique companies with diverse business drivers, strong competitive advantages and positioning, and healthy secular growth prospects whose market value we believe can increase significantly over the long term for underlying fundamental reasons, independent of the macro or market environment. We find these companies through fundamental research. Our emphasis is on secular growth, and as a result short term market events are not as meaningful in the stock selection process.
Counterpoint Global 1 believes having a market outlook can be an anchor. We focus on assessing company prospects over a five-year investment horizon. Current portfolio positioning reflects what we believe are the best long-term investment opportunities.

RISK AND REWARD PROFILE Lower risk Higher risk

• The value of bonds are likely to decrease if interest rates rise and vice versa.
• The value of financial derivative instruments are highly sensitive and may result in losses in excess of the amount invested by the Fund.
• Issuers may not be able to repay their debts, if this happens the value of your investment will decrease. This risk is higher where the Fund invests in a bond with a lower credit rating.
• Investments in China involves a risk of a total loss due to factors such as government action or inaction, market volatility and reliance on primary trading partners.
• There are increased risks of investing in emerging markets as political, legal and operational systems may be less developed than in developed markets.
PERFORMANCE REVIEW For the period from 1 January 2026 to 11 May 2026, the Fund’s I Accumulation class shares underperformed the benchmark, the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Corporate Index GBP Hedged, by 0.32%, returning 0.20% (net of fees in sterling) versus 0.52% for the Index. The performance review reflects an abbreviated time period due to the Fund’s closure and full redemption of its shares prior to 30 June 2026.
Relative performance was driven by the positive contribution from underweight exposure to investment grade corporate bonds. The Fund’s performance also benefited from a positive contribution from strong security and sector selection within financials (with the banking and insurance sector contributing most to returns), whilst its allocation to high yield bonds was a positive contributor primarily due to the industrial sector. The Fund’s duration positioning was the primary detractor from performance mainly due to negative yield curve contributions from United States dollar rates.
MARKET REVIEW The first half of 2026 was marked by a sharp rise in volatility during the first quarter due to the Iran-U.S. conflict, energy supply disruptions and inflation concerns, followed by a recovery in the second quarter as tensions eased and a ceasefire supported risk sentiment. Despite significant spread volatility, global and European investment grade credit spreads ended the period only modestly wider, with the U.S. outperforming Europe. Central banks turned more hawkish as higher energy prices lifted inflation expectations, with the European Central Bank raising rates in June, the U.S. Federal Reserve maintaining rates but signalling a growing bias toward hikes, and the Bank of England remaining cautious amid persistent inflation risks.

Fund Review (continued)
MARKET REVIEW (continued) Economic growth remained resilient early in the year but softened later as higher energy costs weighed on activity, particularly in Europe, where stagflation concerns emerged. U.S. economic data remained comparatively strong, supported by robust labour markets and resilient demand. Credit market performance reflected these dynamics, with financials and energy outperforming, while autos, technology and lower-rated credit lagged. Corporate earnings generally proved resilient, especially among banks and energy companies, while merger and acquisition activity remained elevated. Technicals stayed supportive despite geopolitical uncertainty, with strong investor demand absorbing record levels of issuance, particularly in the U.S. where artificial intelligence- and technology-related funding drove issuance to near-record highs and is expected to remain a key driver into the second half of the year.
PORTFOLIO ACTIVITY The Fund closed on 11 May 2026.
Prior to closing, the Fund increased its overweight duration position versus the benchmark over the period primarily by initiating an overweight to United States dollar rates. Within spread sectors, the Fund increased its exposure to investment grade corporate bonds by decreasing the overweight to the industrial subsector. The Fund also increased its long exposure to high yield corporate debt over the period. Ahead of the Fund’s closure, all positions were sold. All information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be deemed as a recommendation to purchase or sell the securities mentioned.

Fund Review (continued)
PERFORMANCE REVIEW (continued) U.S. duration detracted with the underweight Treasury bonds stance held through most of the first quarter of 2026 incurring a meaningful carry drag against the benchmark's substantial U.S. allocation, more than offsetting a positive contribution from nominal Treasury duration as the 10-year yield drifted modestly lower on the pre-Iran war disinflation path before the March sell-off.
Emerging markets (EM) hard-currency debt detracted from performance as EM hard-currency sovereign spreads widened through the war-driven risk repricing, with Saudi Arabia, Chile and Romania the principal drags, reflecting a mix of oil-exporter and regional-proximity dynamics.
MARKET REVIEW The first half of 2026 was defined by the Iran war and its unwinding. Late-February conflict escalation shut the Strait of Hormuz and drove Brent crude above $120 per barrel, repricing inflation risk premia across major markets. The temporary U.S.-Iran ceasefire announced in early April and subsequent negotiations culminating in a mid-June 60-day memorandum of understanding brought oil back near pre war levels in the second quarter, unwinding much of the earlier risk premium. Developed market central banks turned or leaned hawkish against this backdrop. The U.S. Federal Reserve held the federal funds rate at 3.50%3.75% across all four meetings in the first half of the year, with June's statement under new Chair Warsh removing prior policy easing language and shifting the median Summary of Economic Projections “dot plot” toward an interest rate hike by year-end. The European Central Bank delivered its first rate hike since September 2023 in June, lifting the deposit facility rate 25 basis points to 2.25% with May inflation at 3.2%. The Bank of Japan hiked its rate 25 basis points to 1.00% in June, the highest policy rate since 1995. The Reserve Bank of Australia hiked its rate three consecutive times to 4.35% before pausing in June. Banxico concluded its easing cycle with cuts in March and May to 6.50% and a unanimous end-of-cycle hold in June. In credit markets, investment grade corporate spreads widened modestly from January's cycle-tight starting valuations as the war-driven risk-off sentiment repriced quality carry, while high yield corporate spreads held up better through most of the period on continued demand for income and low realised defaults before giving back gains late in the second quarter. Covered bonds delivered steady carry supported by deep programme fundamentals.
Within securitised sectors, non-agency commercial mortgage-backed securities spreads tightened through the first half of the year on resilient collateral performance and technical demand, asset-backed securities carried well with the sector's shorter spread duration insulating it from rate volatility, and agency residential mortgage-backed securities were firm on improved basis conditions and steady government sponsored enterprise-related demand.
PORTFOLIO ACTIVITY Ahead of the Fund’s planned closure in August 2026, the Fund sold substantially all of its positions and held cash from May onward. All information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be deemed as a recommendation to purchase or sell the securities mentioned.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW For the period from 1 January 2026 to 22 June 2026, the Fund’s I Accumulation class shares returned -0.53% (net of fees in sterling). The performance review reflects an abbreviated time period due to the Fund’s closure and full redemption of its shares prior to 30 June 2026.
Performance was primarily driven by spread sectors, followed by small contributions from macro decisions. Within macro decisions, emerging market external spreads added to performance along with developed market agency spreads. However, developed market rates significantly detracted from performance mainly due to United States and euro duration positions.
Within spread sectors, investment grade and high yield corporate bonds added to performance along with a significant contribution from securitised assets, mainly non-agency commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS).
As of end of May 2026, the Fund had a weighted average carbon intensity (WACI) of 76.79 as measured by tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per US$ million sales (scope 1 and 2 emissions, referring to the corporate bond holdings of the Fund only, normalised). This was 61% lower than the WACI of the corporate bond portion of the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Index. The main contributors to the Fund’s carbon intensity were the utilities and industrials sectors; however, the Fund continued to focus on companies in these sectors with better carbon emission profiles compared to the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Index. As of end of May 2026, approximately 75% of the Fund’s investments in the utilities sector were in labelled green or sustainability bonds, and approximately 75% of the Fund's utility holdings have approved science-based targets.

Fund Review (continued)
PERFORMANCE REVIEW (continued) The Fund also maintained a better weighted average environmental, social and governance (ESG) score than the Bloomberg Global Aggregate Index, with an MSCI ESG score of 6.7 versus 6.1 for the index (out of a 0-10 range, where 10 is best). The key sector positively contributing to the Fund’s ESG score as of end of May 2026 was utilities.
Within securitised sectors, non-agency CMBS spreads tightened through the first half of the year on resilient collateral performance and technical demand, asset-backed securities carried well with the sector's shorter spread duration insulating it from rate volatility, and agency RMBS was firm on improved basis conditions and steady government-sponsored enterprise-related demand.

RISK AND REWARD PROFILE Lower risk Higher risk
Potential lower rewards Potentially higher rewards
123 4 567
The Fund has not changed the risk level category during the financial period.
The risk and reward category shown is based on historic data.
• Historic figures are only a guide and may not be a reliable indicator of what may happen in the future.
• As such this category may change in the future.
• The higher the category, the greater the potential reward, but also the greater the risk of losing the investment. Category 1 does not indicate a risk free investment.
• The Fund is in this category because it invests in fixed interest securities. and the fund’s simulated and/or realised return has experienced medium rises and falls historically.
• The Fund may be impacted by movements in the exchange rates between the Fund’s currency and the currencies of the Fund’s investments.
This rating does not take into account other risk factors which should be considered before investing, these include:
• The value of bonds are likely to decrease if interest rates rise and vice versa.
• The value of financial derivative instruments can be complex and volatile, and may result in losses in excess of the amount invested by the Fund.
• Issuers may not be able to repay their debts, if this happens the value of your investment will decrease. This risk is higher where the Fund invests in a bond with a lower credit rating.

Fund Review (continued)
PERFORMANCE REVIEW (continued) Relative performance was driven by a positive contribution from the Fund’s overweight exposure to the banking and insurance sectors within financials and its overweight to the natural gas sector within utilities. The Fund’s performance also benefited from a positive contribution from strong security selection within financials (with the banking sector contributing most to returns) and from its allocation to high yield bonds. The Fund’s overweight duration positioning had a negative impact on performance, as sterling rates rose during the period.
Federal Reserve (Fed) maintaining rates but signalling a growing bias toward hikes, and the Bank of England remaining cautious amid persistent inflation risks. Economic growth remained resilient early in the year but softened later as higher energy costs weighed on activity, particularly in Europe, where stagflation concerns emerged. U.S. economic data remained comparatively strong, supported by robust labour markets and resilient demand. Credit market performance reflected these dynamics, with financials and energy outperforming, while autos, technology and lower rated credit lagged. Corporate earnings generally proved resilient, especially among banks and energy companies, while merger and acquisition (M&A) activity remained elevated. Technicals stayed supportive despite geopolitical uncertainty, with strong investor demand absorbing record levels of issuance, particularly in the U.S. where artificial intelligence (AI)- and technology-related funding drove issuance to near-record highs and is expected to remain a key driver into the second half of the year.
PORTFOLIO ACTIVITY The portfolio’s credit risk exposure, as measured by duration times spread, was increased over the period. In the primary market, activity was focused on increasing exposure to investment grade corporate bonds where attractive new-issue premiums were available. In the secondary market, activity was focused on selling securities (mainly government-related) that had reached our fair value target.
From an active duration positioning perspective, we marginally increased the portfolio’s overall interest rate duration position.
STRATEGY & OUTLOOK Looking ahead, while we acknowledge that uncertainty remains elevated, our base case remains cautiously constructive for credit. Several factors support this view. First, the preliminary agreement between U.S. and Iranian officials on a framework to extend the ceasefire and reopen the Strait of Hormuz should support lower oil prices and lower inflation expectations. Second, we expect demand deferral rather than destruction, with low but positive economic growth supported by energy and AI investment, low unemployment and a resilient middle- and higher-income consumer, implying a benign default environment. Third, supportive fiscal policy should continue to underpin growth, employment and consumption. Fourth, corporate fundamentals remain strong as we enter a phase where late-cycle behaviour is likely to intensify, including M&A and capital expenditure (primarily in AI and energy infrastructure) alongside higher buybacks and dividends, which increases the importance of security and sector selection. Finally, robust demand for the all-in yields offered by investment grade credit should help absorb the expected increase in corporate bond issuance this year, driven primarily by non financial issuers funding M&A and capital expenditure.
When looking at credit spreads, we believe current valuations (below pre-Iran conflict levels and below long-run averages) are justified by resilient growth (demand deferral, not destruction, is our base case in the short term), strong labour markets, supportive fiscal policy and a strong fundamental and technical (demand) backdrop. As we enter the summer months, we expect typically lower primary issuance to support spreads, though we remain alert to the fact that declining all-in yields could temper investor demand for spread product. We expect carry to remain the primary driver of returns. That said, given an uncertain medium-term outlook, including heightened geopolitical tensions (notably the U.S.-Iran conflict), U.S. policy uncertainty under a Trump administration, a less certain growth trajectory (evidenced by the data), above-target U.S. inflation (with the risk of tighter financial conditions following Fed Chair Warsh's first press conference) and elevated idiosyncratic news flow (particularly in technology, software and insurance), we have lower conviction in material spread compression. GOING CONCERN The financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis with the exception of the MS Calvert Fixed Income Opportunities Fund, Global Corporate Bond Fund and Global Government Bond Fund sub-funds which the Authorised Corporate Director (‘ACD’) intends to terminate within one year of the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore the financial statements of these sub-funds have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. In applying this basis of preparation, the assets and liabilities of this sub-funds continue to be stated at their fair values which materially equate to their residual values. No adjustments were necessary in the financial statements to reduce assets to their realisable values and to reclassify long term liabilities as current liabilities except for reclassifying fixed assets as current assets.
The ACD has undertaken a detailed assessment of each of the remaining sub-fund’s ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due, including liquidity, declines in global capital markets and investor redemption levels. Based on this assessment, the sub-funds continue to be open for trading and the ACD is satisfied the sub-funds have adequate financial resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of approval, and accordingly it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.
3. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Morgan Stanley Investment Management (ACD) Limited, as Authorised Corporate Director (ACD), is a related party, and acts as a principal in respect of all transactions of shares in the Company. The aggregate monies received through issues and paid on cancellations are disclosed in the Statement of Change in Net Assets Attributable to Shareholders.

REPORTS & ACCOUNTS The annual and semi-annual report is available at our website www.morganstanleyfunds.co.uk or by writing to Morgan Stanley Investment Management (ACD) Limited, 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 4QA.
UCITS V The Company is an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (“UCITS V”) for the purpose of the Council Directive 2009/65/EC as amended by Directive 2014/91/EU and transposed into UK law on 18 March 2016.
PROSPECTUS The Fund Prospectus, an important document describing each Fund in detail, is available from the ACD, which is responsible for the management and administration of the Funds.
The ACD for Morgan Stanley Funds (UK) is Morgan Stanley Investment Management (ACD) Limited, located at 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 4QA.
TYPES OF SHARE AVAILABLE Each of the Funds of Morgan Stanley Funds (UK) offers two classes of shares: Class I shares and Class F shares.
Details of the Shares presently available for each Fund are set out in this table:
Fund Name Share Classes and type of Share available American Resilience Equity Fund I and F Income and Accumulation Shares Global Brands Fund I Income and Accumulation Shares and I Income and Accumulation (Portfolio Hedged) Shares Global Brands Equity Income Fund I and F Income and I Accumulation Shares Global Quality Select Fund I and F Accumulation and F Income Shares and I and F Accumulation (Portfolio Hedged) Shares US Advantage Fund I and F Accumulation Shares and I and F Accumulation (Portfolio Hedged) Shares Sterling Corporate Bond Fund I and F Income and Accumulation Shares
The share classes are differentiated in terms of minimum initial and subsequent investment required and the annual management charge.
HEDGED SHARE CLASSES Portfolio Hedged Share Classes seek to reduce exposure to currency movements between the Hedged Share Class Currency and the Fund’s Investment Currencies. This involves hedging the Fund’s Investment Currencies back to the Hedged Share Class Currency without reference to its Reference Currency.
There is no segregation of liabilities between the different share classes of the same Fund. As such, under certain conditions, there is a remote risk that transactions specific to a Hedged Share Class could result in liabilities which may exceed the assets of that Hedged Share Class. In such a scenario, any excess liabilities could adversely impact the Net Asset Value of other share classes within the same Fund, as the assets of other share classes would be exposed to the excess liabilities of the Hedged Share Class. The ACD has put in place a number of measures and controls as part of its risk management framework in order to prevent such an event, hence the risk of such ‘cross contamination’ is considered by the ACD to be extremely low.
The hedging strategies adopted at the period-end are as follows:
Fund Name Hedged Share Class(es) Hedging Strategy Global Brands Fund I Hedge Income and Accumulation Portfolio Hedged Share Class Global Quality Select Fund I and F Hedge Accumulation Portfolio Hedged Share Class US Advantage Fund I and F Hedge Accumulation Portfolio Hedged Share Class
MINIMUM INVESTMENT For Class I shares, there is no minimum initial investment and also no minimum for additional investment.
For Class F shares, a minimum initial investment of £ 150,000,000 is required, with no minimum additional investments.
MINIMUM REDEMPTION The ACD may refuse a redemption request if the total value of the shares to be redeemed falls below £ 500 in respect of any share class.
SWITCHING Investors may sell their shares and transfer the proceeds into any of the other Funds by calling our dealing desk on 0800 328 1571.
DISTRIBUTIONS Income distributions of I and F share classes are allocated to shareholders at the end of each accounting period. The annual income allocation date is 31 December, the bi annual income allocation dates are 31 March and 31 December and the quarterly income allocation dates are 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December and income is paid within 2 months following the end of each accounting period.

DISTRIBUTIONS (continued) Income distributions of the F share class for Sterling Corporate Bond Fund are allocated to shareholders at the end of each month and paid within 2 months following the income allocation.
Income allocated in respect of Income and Accumulation Shares is automatically reinvested at no charge unless a shareholder elects to receive all the income allocation from the income share class in cash.
PUBLICATION OF PRICES The most recent share prices will be published daily on our website www.morganstanleyfunds.co.uk.
CHARGES No preliminary charge is, or will be, levied in respect of I or F shares.
On an exchange of Shares of one Class or Fund for Shares in another Class or Fund, the ACD may take a charge not exceeding the excess of the amount of the prevailing preliminary charge for the new shares being acquired over the preliminary charge levied on the acquisition of the original shares. There are no exit charges for Morgan Stanley Funds (UK). A proportion of the annual management charge is deducted from the net assets of each Fund on a daily basis. Charges for items such as administration, custody, and auditors fees are also deducted from each Fund.
SWING PRICING To the extent that the ACD consider that it is in the best interests of Shareholders, taking into account factors including the prevailing market conditions, the level of subscriptions and redemptions in a particular Fund and the size of the Fund, the ACD may decide to adjust the Net Asset Value of a Fund to reflect the estimated dealing spreads, costs and charges (“Swing Factor”) to be incurred by the Fund in liquidating or purchasing investments to satisfy the net transactions received in respect of a particular day.
The Swing Factor shall not exceed 1% of the Net Asset Value of the relevant Fund on the relevant day. When net subscriptions in a Fund exceed a certain threshold on a given day, the Net Asset Value is adjusted upwards by the Swing Factor. Similarly, when net redemptions in a Fund exceed a certain threshold on a given day, the Net Asset Value of the Fund is adjusted downwards by the Swing Factor.
All the Funds apply the swing mechanism.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION Recipients of this document should not treat the contents as advice relating to legal, taxation or investment matters and should consult their own professional advisers concerning the acquisition, holding or disposing of investments in the Funds.
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future performance and the value of the shares and income from them may fall as well as rise. On redemption of shares, the investor may receive back an amount less than the original amount of their investment. The assets of the Funds will be in a variety of currencies and therefore movements in the value of currencies may affect the value of an investor’s holdings and the income from the holdings may fluctuate in value in money terms.
Issued by Morgan Stanley Investment Management (ACD) Limited, 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 4QA, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
