    "abstract": "The Temporal Fluctuation Model proposed in present paper represents an\nattempt for a unitary vision for gravity, inertia and electromagnetism. We\nobtain the main results of General Relativity and Electromagnetism and the\ntheory, until now, don\u0027t contain self-contradictions. As well, we obtain the\n\"unified potential\" which has terms that coupling gravitation with\nelectromagnetism and who could be the basis for future technological\napplications.",
