    "abstract": "Transition phenomena between thermodynamic branch and turbulent branch in\nsubmarginal turbulent plasma are analyzed with statistical theory.\nTime-development of turbulent fluctuation is obtained by numerical simulations\nof Langevin equation which contains submarginal characteristics. Probability\ndensity functions and transition rates between two states are analyzed.\nTransition from turbulent branch to thermodynamic branch occurs in almost\nentire region between subcritical bifurcation point and linear stability\nboundary.",
