    "abstract": "The view provided by Z theory, based on its quantum-relativistic operators,\nis an integrated picture of the micro and macro quantities relationships. The\naxiomatic formulation of the theory is presented in this paper. The theory\nstarts with the existence of the wave function, the existence of three\nfundamental constants h, c and G as well as the physical quantity Rc (the\nradius of the space-time continuum) plus the definition of a general form for\nthe quantum-relativistic functional operators. Using such starting point the\nrelationships between relativity, quantum mechanics and cosmological quantities\ncan be clarified.",
