    "abstract": "The possibility of the appearance of the C$_{4}$ symmetry in the rotational\nbands is studied within the particle-rotor model. Allowing for a slight\ntriaxiality of the rotor it is shown that the lowest states of the system for a\nsufficiently high spin possess the symmetry which allows to distinguish states\ndiffering by two units of angular momentum.",
