    "abstract": "A Pomeron-exchange model of exclusive electroproduction of $\\rho$-mesons is\nexamined using a dressed-quark propagator. It is shown that by representing the\nphoton-$\\rho$-meson-Pomeron coupling by a nonperturbative, confined-quark loop,\none obtains predictions for $\\rho$-meson electroproduction that are in good\nagreement with experiment.",
