    "abstract": "We describe a geometrical method for tracing a planet\u0027s orbit using its\nvelocity hodograph, that is, the path of the planet\u0027s velocity. The method\nrequires only a straight edge, a compass, and the help of the hodograph. We\nalso obtain analitically the hodograph and some of the features of the motion\nthat can be obtained from it.",
