This document provides you with key investor information about this Fund. It is not marketing material. The information is re quired by law to help you understand the nature and the risks of investing in this Fund. You are advised to read it so you can make an informed decision about whether to invest. AI 60:40 Global Equity Index (Custom Screened) Fund, UK Institutional Accumulation Units, a sub - fund of the Aviva Investors Passive Funds ACS (AIPF ACS) (ISIN: GB00BDZZFB66). This fund is managed by Aviva In vestors UK Fund Services Limited. OBJECTIVES AND INVESTMENT POLICY
The aim of the Fund is to seek to provide capital growth and income for investors by tracking the performance of the FTSE Custom Screened Composite UK All - Share 60% Dev Europe ex UK 13.3% US 13.3% Japan 6.7% Dev Asia Pacific ex Japan 6.7% Midday (12:00 UK) Index, referred to as the Custom Benchmark Index. The Fund seeks to achieve 60% exposure to equity securities of companies listed in the UK and 40% exposure to equity securities of companies listed in developed overseas markets. In pursuing this objective the Fund will directly invest into constituents of the Custom Benchmark Index. The Fund may also invest in permitted transferable securities, permitted money - market instruments, permitted deposits, units in collective investment schemes (including schemes operated by other Aviva Group entities and group entities of the Investment Manager) and exchange traded funds (including funds operated by group entities of the Investment Manager). Derivatives may be used for the purposes of efficient portfolio manageme nt and to reduce risk in the Fund. Derivatives are linked to the rise and fall of other assets. In other words, they "derive" their price from another asset. They can generate returns when share prices and/or indices fall. In addition, the Sub - Fund is subj ect to Aviva Investors’ baseline exclusion policy – please see Appendix 5 of the Prospectus for information on these limited investment restrictions. Performance and Risk Measurement: The Fund's performance is compared against the Benchmark Index because t he Fund intends to replicate the performance of the Benchmark Index. The Fund uses a “tracking error” to measure the consistency between the Fund's returns and the returns of the Benchmark Index. In general, the lower
the tracking error, the more consisten t the Fund's returns are relative to the Index, and vice - versa. The Fund has a yearly tracking error target range of 0 - 0.30% (excluding charges). In normal market conditions the anticipated level of tracking error will be within 0.30% (excluding charges) of the Benchmark Index. The Prospectus and annual reports are prepared for the umbrella. The fund is a non - UCITs retail scheme. This NURS KII document is specific to this unit class. NURS - KII documents will be available for other unit classes within this fund where they exist. The fund's current unit price is calculated on each working day and is published daily on our website. The Depositary of the fund is HSBC Bank plc. It has delegated the function of Custodian of the fund to HSBC Bank plc.
