This document provides you with key investor information about this Fund. It is not marketing material. The information is re quired by law to help you understand the nature and the risks of investing in this Fund. You are advised to read it so you can make an informed decision about whether to invest. AI 30:70 Global Equity (Currency Hedged) Index (Custom Screened) Fund, UK Institutional Accumulation Units, a sub - fund of the Aviva Investors Passive Funds ACS (AIPF ACS) (ISIN: GB00BD39DR26). This fund is managed by Aviva Investors UK Fund Services Limited. OBJECTIVES AND INVESTMENT POLICY
The aim of the Fund is to seek to provide capital growth and income for investors by tracking the performance of the Composite Benchmark Index which is made up of FTSE Custom Screened All Share Index, FTSE Custom Screened Developed ex UK, Canada, Israel an d South Korea 95% Hedged to GBP and MSCI Emerging Markets Index. The Fund seeks to achieve 30% exposure to equity securities of companies listed in the UK, 60% exposure to equity securities of companies listed in developed overseas markets and 10% exposure to equity securities of companies listed in emerging markets. In pursuing this objective the Fund will directly invest into constituents of the Composite Benchmark Index with regard UK and developed overseas equity exposure. With regard to emerging market equity exposure the Fund will invest in units of collective inve stment schemes. The Fund may also invest in permitted transferable securities, permitted money market instruments, permitted deposits, units of collective investment schemes (including other suitable Funds of the Scheme and schemes operated by other Aviva Group entities a nd group entities of the Investment Manager) and exchange traded funds (including funds operated by group entities of the Investment Manager). The Investment Manager will seek to hedge to Sterling 95% of foreign currency exposure arising from developed ove rseas equities, with hedging being re - set to 95% on a monthly basis. No other foreign currency exposure will be hedged. Derivatives may be used for the purposes of efficient portfolio management and to reduce risk in the Fund. Derivatives are linked to the rise and fall of other assets. In other words, they "derive" their price from another asset. They can generate returns when share prices and/or indices fall. In addition, the Sub - Fund is subject to Aviva Investors’ baseline exclusion policy – please see Appendix 5 of the Prospectus for information on these limited investment restrictions. Performance and Risk Measurement: The Fund's performance is compared against the Benchmark Index because the Fund intends to replicate the performance of the Benchmark Index. The Fund uses a “tracking error” to measure the consistency between the Fund's returns and the returns of the Benchmark Index. In general, the lower
the tracking error, the more consistent the Fund's returns are relative to the Index, and vice - versa. The Fund has a yearly tracking error target range of 0 - 0.30% (excluding charges). In normal market conditions the anticipated level of tracking error will be within 0.30% (excluding charges) of the Benchmark Index.
