(the “ Company ”)
A ddendum dated 2 1 May 2026 to the prospectus of the Company dated 19 February 2026 (the “Addendum”)
This Addendum forms part of, and is to be read in conjunction with, the prospectus for the Company dated 19 February 2026 (the “ Prospectus ”) and replaces the addendum date 13 May 2026 . All information contained in the Prospectus and Supplements is deemed to be incorporated herein.
The directors of the Company (the “ Directors ”) accept responsibility for the information contained in this Addendum. To the best of the knowledge and belief of the Directors, who have taken all reasonable care to ensure that such is the case, the information contained in this Addendum is in accordan ce with the facts and does not omit anything likely to affect the import of such information. The Directors accept responsibility accordingly.
Words and expressions not specifically defined herein shall bear the same meaning as that attributed to them in the Prospectus and the Supplements.
Amendments to the Prospectus
1. The sub - section of the Prospectus entitled “ Primary Market” t” in the “ Purchase and Sale Information ” section shall be updated by the addition of the following paragraph after the “ Duties and Charges for Cash and in Kind Subscriptions ” paragraph :
“Anti - Dilution Levy for Cash and in Kind Subscriptions and Redemptions . Where required for liquidity management purposes, t he Directors may, in their absolute discretion, on any Dealing Day on which there are net subscriptions or redemptions, apply an appropriate provision for an Anti - Dilution Levy . Where an Anti - Dilution levy is applied, Duties and Charges shall not be applied to the relevant subscription or redemption. Where an Anti - Dilution Levy is applied, r eferences to the application of “Duties and Charges" throughout the Prospectus shall be construed as references to an Anti - Dilution Levy.”
2. The sub - section of the Prospectus entitled “ Temporary Suspension Of Dealings ” in the “ Determination Of Net Asset Value ” section shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following :
“ Temporary Suspension of Dealings. The Directors may at any time, with prior notification to the Depositary, temporarily suspend the valuation or issue, sale, purchase, redemption and conversion of Shares of any Fund, or the payment of redemption proceeds, during:
a) any period when any Recognised Market on which a substantial portion of the investments for the time being comprised in the Company are quoted, listed or dealt in is closed otherwise than for ordinary holidays, or during which dealings on any such Recognis ed Market are restricted or suspended;
b) any period when, as a result of political, military, economic or monetary events or other circumstances beyond the control, responsibility and power of the Directors, the disposal or valuation of investments for the time being comprised in the Company cann ot, in the opinion

of the Directors, be effected or completed normally or without prejudicing the interests of Shareholders;
c) any breakdown in the means of communication normally employed in determining the value of any investments for the time being comprised in the Company or during any period when for any other reason the value of investments for the time being comprised in th e Company cannot, in the opinion of the Directors, be promptly or accurately ascertained;
d) any period when the Company is unable to repatriate funds for the purposes of making redemption payments or during which the realisation of investments for the time being comprised in the Company, or the transfer or payment of funds involved in connection therewith cannot, in the opinion of the Directors, be effected at normal prices or normal rates of exchange;
e) any period when, as a result of adverse market conditions, the payment of redemption proceeds may, in the opinion of the Directors, have an adverse impact on the Company or the remaining Shareholders in the Company; and
f) any period when the Directors determine that it is in the best interests of the Shareholders to do so.
Any such suspension shall be strictly limited to the period necessary to address the exceptional circumstances which justify it, having regard to the best interests of Shareholders.
Notice of any such suspension shall be published by the Company at its registered office and in such newspapers and through such other media as the Directors may from time to time determine and shall be transmitted to the Central Bank (without delay) and t he Shareholders. Shareholders who have requested the issue or redemption of Shares of any series or class will have their subscription or redemption request dealt with on the first Dealing Day after the suspension has been lifted unless applications or red emption requests have been withdrawn prior to the lifting of the suspension. Where possible, all reasonable steps will be taken to bring any period of suspension to an end as soon as possible. The lifting of a suspension shall be notified without delay to the Central Bank. ”
3. The sub - section of the Prospectus entitled “ Redemption of Shares In - Kind” d” in the “ Purchase and Sale Information ” section shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following:
“ Redemption of Shares In - Kind. Each Fund will allow Shareholders to redeem Shares in - kind on each Dealing Day, unless specified otherwise in the Relevant Supplement. In this context, “in - kind” means that, with the consent of the Shareholder, rather than delivering cash proceeds in respect of a redemption, the Company will deliver securities or a combination of cash and securities, provided that the asset allocation is subject to the approval of the Depositary. Redemption requests must be received by the Adm inistrator before the dealing deadline on the relevant Dealing Day specified in the Relevant Supplement. The composition of the basket of securities to be delivered by the Company and an estimated amount of the balance in cash are published every Dealing D ay on the Website. The exact value of the cash balance is determined after calculation of the Net Asset Value on the relevant Dealing Day, established on the basis of the prices used in calculating the Net Asset Value per Share, and equals the difference b etween the value of the Shares to be redeemed and the value of the basket of securities at the prices used in calculating the Net Asset Value per Share on the same date. All redemptions in kind will be subject to an appropriate provision for Duties and Cha rges.

Where a Shareholder requests redemption of Shares in a Fund representing 5% or more of the Net Asset Value, the Management Company may determine in its sole discretion to provide the redemption in - kind. The assets to be transferred shall be selected at the discretion of the Management Company, subject to the approval of the Depositary and taken at their value used in determining the redemption price of the Shares being so repurchased. In this event the Management Company will, if requested, sell the assets on behalf of the Shareholder at the Shareholder’s expense and give the Shareholder cash. Such distributions will not materially prejudice the interests of the remaining Shareholders. The costs of any such disposal shall be borne by the redeeming Shareholde r.
Where redemptions in - kind are used for liquidity management purposes, they shall only be activated to meet redemptions requested by Professional Investors. The securities transferred to the redeeming investor in such circumstances shall correspond to a pro rata share of the assets held by the Fund, unless the Fund is an Index Tracking Fund or marketed solely to Professional Investors. ”
4. Schedule I – Definitions ” of the Prospectus shall be updated by the inclusion of the addition of new definition s for “Anti - Dilution Levy” and “Professional Investor” as follows:
“Anti - Dilution Levy a fee which acts as an anti - dilution levy and covers all explicit, and where appropriate, implicit transaction costs (which will be estimated on a best efforts basis), incurred by a Fund on any Dealing Day on which there are net subscriptions or redemptions, to cover the cost of the dealing to the Fund;”
“Professional Investor an investor which is considered to be a professional client or may, on request, be treated as a professional client within the meaning of Annex II to Directive 2014/65/EU;”
