Abstract
The violation of the invariance of the speed of light in Special Relativity has been made. The version of the theory (LSR) has been constructed in which the possibility of the superluminal motions are permitted. Some predictions of this theory are available for experimental check, for example, the measurements of aberration angles, the observation of distinctions between the redshifts in radio and optical ranges of a spectrum, the detection of superluminal objects in astrophysics and in time-flight experiments.
