Abstract
This paper discusses an ordinary homogeneous differential equation of the second order with constant real-valued coefficients. The solution of this equation has to satisfy additional conditions. The first of the conditions stems from the analytical research results of numerous scientists and many years of astronomic observations confirming the stability of the celestial body motion. This paper discusses only an asymptotically stable solution. The second condition is based on the fact that nature does not know of such notions as left or right, up or down. Consequently, the solution for positive time is reflected with respect to negative time, i.e. an even function is obtained for time from minus to plus infinity. That solution has an important physical meaning, which can be ascribed to it based on the known Khinchin's theorem. It changes radically the idea of the Universe composition and the processes taking place in it.
