    "abstract": "In this short paper we present the main features of a new quantum programming\nlanguage proposed recently by Peter Selinger which gives a good idea about the\ndifficulties of constructing a scalable quantum computer. We show how some of\nthese difficulties are related to the contextuality of quantum observables and\nto the abstract and statistical character of quantun theory (QT). We discuss\nalso, in some detail, the statistical interpretation (SI) of QT and the\ncontextuality of observables indicating the importance of these concepts for\nthe whole domain of quantum information.",
