On Friedmann's universes

Abstract

There is a perfect concordance between Friedmann's cosmological models and the correspondent (purely gravitational interactions and negligible pressure) Newtonian models. This renders quite intuitive the fact that in general relativity no motion of bodies generates gravitational waves.
