    "abstract": "Qualitative changes in the collective excitation spectra of the $\\rho$-meson\ntriplet in neutron matter is studied, with particular emphasis on the breaking\nof the discrete $p\\leftrightarrow n$ symmetry. The appearance of additional\nbranches in the dispersion characteristics, the mass splitting among the charge\nstates, the splitting between longitudinal and transverse modes of the\n$\\rho^{\\pm}$ mesons and the appearance of `island\u0027 modes (or loops) in the\ntime-like region are some of the features that are exposed.",
