This Notice h as no t been reviewed by the Central Bank o f Irelan d (the “ Central Bank ”) an d it is po ssible that chan g es thereto may be n ecessary to meet the requirements o f the Central Bank. Updated Prospectus & Supplements
Dear Unitholder
State Street CCF (the “ CCF ”)
We are writing to you as a Unitholder in the CCF to advise you of amendments to the Prospectus and Supplements, as summarised below.
• State Street Global Advisors is rationalisin g its legal entity f ootprint in the EU, consolidating its EU o operati ng model u under a a s singl e legal entity, S State S Street G G l obal Advisors Europe Limited ed ( (“ SSGAEL ”) ,.
• Ef fective 1 August 2021, State Street Global Advisors Ireland Limited (“ SSGA Ireland ”), State S Street G Global A Advisors G GmbH ( (“ SSGA G GmbH ”), and SSGA GAEL w wi wil l ef f ect a c cross-border m merger b by mea eans of a m merger b by a acquisi tion o of SSG A Irel an d and SSGA GmbH b by S SSGAEL ( (the “ “ Merger ”).
• In anticipation of its broader role following the Merger, SSGAEL changed its name from State Street Global Advisors Funds Management Limited to become known as “State Street Global Advisors Europe Limited” effective 17 May 2021.
• As a result of the above noted changes, SSGAEL will become the designated management company and Investment Manager of record for all of SSGA’s EU fund entities.
• As before SSGAEL may delegate the execution of certain activities to other SSGA group entities whilst retaining other activities that it can directly perform noting a wholesale update to the Sub-Investment Manager structure of the CCF as further detailed in the Fund Prospectus and Supplements.
