Dear Shareholder,
We are writing to inform you that the Sub - Fund indicated above ha s been inaccurately labelled as eligible by SSGA for investment as part of a p plan d’épargne d’actions (a P PEA Account ).
If you have acquired the shares of the Sub - Fund via an account other than a PEA Account, there is no action necessary on your part and there is no impact to your holding.
1. PEA Eligibility
The Sub - Fund indicated above ha s been inaccurately labelled as eligible for investment via a PEA Account.
The Sub - Fund ha s not been consistently meeting the eligibility requirements and as such should have never been eligible for investment vi a a PEA Account.
Any investor who has acquired shares of the Sub - Fund via a PEA Account should contact their tax advisor without delay in order to determine any relevant action.

2. Prospectus
We are in the process of updating the t tax section of the French prospectus supplement i in relation to the Sub - Fund , which we will file shortly with the relevant regulatory authorities .
We will send a separate notification once such prospectus has been filed and will publish the updated French p rospectus supplement.
Such documents will also be available upon request of the local representative ( correspondant centralisateur ):
