CHANGES IN INVESTMEN T MANAGEMENT FOR SPD R MORNINGSTAR MULTI - ASSET GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE UCITS ETF
We are writing to you as a shareholder of the Comp any to advise of the following change effective on or about 04 November 2016 .
It is no longer expected that the Sub - Investment Manager, State Street Global Advisors, a division of State Street Bank & Trust Company, will carry out all day to day investmen t management in relation to the fixed income portion of the above Sub - Fund . The Sub - Investment Manager may continue to assist the Investment Manager with a portion of the investment management of the Sub - Funds as the Investment Manager and the Sub - Investm ent Manager may agree from time to time .
