Updated Prospectus & Supplements
Dear Unitholder
SS GA Qualified Trust (the “ Trust ”)
We are writing to you as a Unitholder in the T rust to advise you of amendments to the Prospectus and Supplements, as summarised below.
• State Street Global Advisors is rationalising its legal entity f ootprint in the EU, consolidating its EU operating model under a single legal entity, State Street G G l obal Advisors Europe Limited (“ SSGAEL ”) ,.
• Effective 1 August 2021, State Street Global Advisors Ireland Limited (“ SSGA Ireland ”), State Street Global Advisors GmbH (“ SSGA GmbH ”), and SSGAEL w wi wil l ef f ect a cross-border merger by means of a merger by acquisition of SSGA Irel an d and SSGA GmbH by SSGAEL (the “ Merger ”).
• In anticipation of its broader role following the Merger, SSGAEL changed its name from State Street Global Advisors Funds Management Limited to become known as “State Street Global Advisors Europe Limited” effective 17 May 2021.
• As a result of the above noted changes, SSGAEL will become the designated management company and replace State Street Global Advisors Limited as Investment Manager of record for all of SSGA’s EU fund entities.
• As before SSGAEL may delegate the execution of certain activities to other SSGA group entities whilst retaining other activities that it can directly perform noting a wholesale update to the Sub-Investment Manager structure of the Trust as further detailed in the Fund Prospectus and Supplements.
