Minutes of an Extraordinary General Meeting of
State Street AUT Emerging Market Screened Index Equity Fund
held at the offices of State Street Unit Trust Management Limited

Rebecca Bridger, r, a Director of State Street Unit Trust Management Limited ( the Manager of the Scheme ) welcomed attendees to the Extraordinary General Meeting (the “ EGM ”) of the State Street AUT Emerging Market Screened index Equity Fund (the “ Scheme ”) and informed the meeting that s he had been nominated by HSBC Bank P lc ( the Scheme Trustee ) to act as Chair of the EGM .
The Chair informed the meeting that the EGM had been duly convened by notice given to unitholders on 19 February 2025. It was noted that a quorum w as present (in person or by proxy) and the Chair declared the meeting open.
T he re being no objection s , the notice of the meeting (the “ Notice ”) was taken as read.
The Chair explain ed that th e EGM had been convened for the purposes of considering one resolution ( as detailed in the Notice ) (the “ Resolution ”) . The Chair further explained that t he R eso l ution being voted upon today is an extraordinary resolution to approve that the investment objectives and policy of the Scheme be amended as detailed in the N otice and that the Prospectus of the Fund be amended accordingly . In order for the R esolution to be passed, it must be approved by at least three quarters of the unitholders present and voting , either in person or by proxy.
Consideration of the Resolution
I n view of the importance of these matters, voting will be placed by pol l, whereby each unitholder who is present in person or by proxy shall have one vote for every unit of which he/she is a unitholder.
There being no objection s , the R esolution ( as detailed in the Notice ) was taken as read.
The Chair reported that the proxies that have been lodged have been counted and confirmed that 263,720,711.00 (representing 100%) proxies were lodged in favour and zero were lodged against the Resolution being passed . The Chair declared that the Resolution had been passed on a poll .
Close of Business
There being no further business, the Chair thanked the attendees and declared the meeting closed .
