    "abstract": "I propose a new model to measure simultaneously academic and financial\nperformances of scientific activities quantitatively. The tool is very simple\nand can be applied to any branches of science, while it is also adjustable to\nvarying macroeconomic indicators. I argue that implementing the model could\nrealize a fair and objective decisionmaking and also reward and punishment\nsystem in order to improve the individual and institutional performances in\nscientific activities.",
