CATALYST GLOBAL REAL ESTATE UCITS FUND
Investment Objective The primary objective of the Catalyst Global Real Estate UCITS Fund (the “Fund”) is to generate positive income and capital returns over a medium to long term investment horizon.
Fund Performance
The fund is bench marked against FTSE EPRA NAREIT Developed Rental Index in USD. Note: Performance figures longer than 12 months are annualised. Figures are quoted gross of fees.
The Fund returned 11.11% in USD for the six months ended 30 June 2026, compared with 11.02% for the FTSE EPRA NAREIT Developed Rental Index, resulting in modest outperformance of approximately 0.09% for the period. Performance was positive in both quarters , with the Fund outperforming during Q1, returning 1.38% compared with 1.19% for the benchmark, before returning 9.59% in Q2 compared with 9.71% for the benchmark. The first half was characterised by changing market conditions, with heightened geopolitical uncertainty, inflation concerns and interest rate volatility earlier in the period giving way to a stronger risk - asset environment during Q2.
Over the six - month period, the Fund's diversified exposure across global listed real estate provided participation in the broader recovery while its sector and stock positioning resulted in performance broadly in line with the benchmark. During Q2, overwei ght allocations to North American malls, North American single - family housing and European malls contributed positively, as did underweights to Asian offices, European diversified property and European offices. At a stock level, Cousins Properties, Maceric h and Ryman Hospitality Properties were among the positive contributors. These gains were partly offset by positioning in North American and Asian data centres and Asian developers, together with selected stock positions including Sun Hung Kai Properties, Agree Realty and Catena.
Overall, the Fund generated a strong absolute return and modestly outperformed its benchmark over the six - month reporting period. The relative contribution from the first quarter was partly offset by modest underperformance during the stronger second - quart er market, resulting in performance broadly in line with the benchmark for H1. The Investment Manager continues to favour quality businesses with scale, strong balance sheets and exposure to structurally supported cash flows, while maintaining selective po sitioning across those areas of the listed real estate market facing more challenging fundamentals.

CATALYST GLOBAL REAL ESTATE UCITS FUND (CONTINUED)
Fund Outlook The outlook for global listed real estate remains influenced by geopolitical uncertainty, inflation and diverging monetary policy across major economies. Against this backdrop, fundamentals continue to vary meaningfully by property sector. Data centres rem ain a compelling structural growth area, supported by substantial investment in digital and AI infrastructure, exceptionally low vacancy and constraints on new supply arising from limited power availability. Manufactured housing continues to offer defensiv e exposure supported by constrained supply and needs - based demand, while self storage should benefit over the medium term from muted new supply and the operational advantages available to larger listed operators. The office sector remains structurally challenged, although reduced development activity and improving conditions for prime asse ts in stronger markets are creating selective opportunities. Apartment fundamentals are likely to remain subdued in the near term as recent supply is absorbed, although contracting development pipelines should support a firmer medium - term supply - demand bal ance.
In an environment of continued economic and interest - rate uncertainty, the Investment Manager expects markets increasingly to differentiate between real estate businesses on the basis of asset quality, balance - sheet strength and sustainable earnings growth . The Fund remains positioned accordingly, with a concentrated portfolio of 75 holdings compared with 328 constituents in the benchmark at 30 June 2026. The portfolio's forward funds available for distribution yield was 4.81%, compared with 4.79% for the benchmark, while its annualised four - year FAD growth rate was 6.61% compared with 6.08% for the benchmark. These characteristics, together with selective exposure to structurally supported areas of global real estate, underpin the Investment Manager's constructive medium - to long - term outlook.

LANDSEER GLOBAL ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE FUND
Investment Objective The Landseer Global Artificial Intelligence Fund (“the Fund”) aims to provide long - term capital growth. There is no guarantee that the Fund will meet its objective.
Fund Performance
The Fund is not benchmarked ag ainst an index. Note: Performance figures longer than 12 months are annualised. Figures are quoted net of fees.
Over the first half of 2026, performance was driven by shifting investor sentiment within the AI theme. Q1 was negatively affected by weakness in large - cap technology stocks, as concerns around the near - term returns from heavy AI investment weighed on valu ations. This was partly offset by strong performance from AI infrastructure exposures, particularly companies involved in power generation, optical networking and cooling equipment benefiting from growing data - centre demand. In Q2, performance rebounded st rongly as investors rotated back into AI - related semiconductors, networking and power infrastructure. Micron Technology was the standout contributor, supported by strong demand and pricing for memory used in AI systems, while Palo Alto Networks also contri buted positively as cybersecurity gained importance within the AI ecosystem. Overall, the first half highlighted the fund's increasing exposure to the physical infrastructure and semiconductor beneficiaries of the AI investment cycle, which helped offset e arlier weakness in large cap technology holdings.
Fund Outlook The outlook for the second half of 2026 remains constructive for the AI theme, supported by exceptionally strong hyperscaler capital expenditure and continued demand for semiconductors, high - bandwidth memory, networking equipment and power infrastructure. The transition toward more advanced AI agents and increasingly complex data centre architectures should continue to support companies positioned across the physical AI infrastructure supply chain, while cybersecurity is also expected to benefit as AI adoption expands.

LANDSEER GLOBAL ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE FUND (CONTINUED)
Fund Outlook (continued) However, following the exceptional gains recorded in Q2, particularly across semiconductors, valuations and market concentration present increasing risks, and the high level of AI - related capital expenditure raises expectations for future earnings delivery . The macroeconomic backdrop remains relatively supportive, with easing energy prices and contained inflation expectations, although interest rates, geopolitical developments and potential changes in AI investment spending remain key risks. Overall, opport unities remain attractive, but greater selectivity is likely to be important as investors increasingly differentiate between companies capable of converting AI - related demand into sustainable earnings and those benefiting primarily from market momentum.

SANLAM NINETY ONE INTERNATIONAL INFLATION LINKED BOND FUND
Investment Objectiv e The objective of the Sanlam Ninety One International Inflation Linked Bond Fund (the “Fund”) is to provide long term capital growth.
Fund Performance
The Fund is benchmarked against Bloomberg Global Inflation Linked Index – GBP Hedged. Note: Performance figures longer than 12 months are annualised. Figures are quoted gross of fees.
The first half of 2026 was shaped by the US and Israel’s conflict with Iran, the disruption to shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, and the subsequent de - escalation. The Strait is a key route for global oil and gas shipments, and its closure, together wi th damage to regional energy infrastructure, sent oil prices sharply higher. Brent crude rose strongly in March and peaked at around US$120 a barrel in April, triggering a sharp fall in share prices. Bonds also came under pressure as investors worried that higher oil prices would keep inflation higher for longer. As ceasefire talks progressed, oil prices fell back and both shares and bonds recovered, although the situation remained fluid rather than fully resolved.
Economic data remained broadly resilient, although there were signs of cooling in the US labor market by June. Central banks therefore became more cautious about cutting interest rates. The European Central Bank raised rates for the first time in several years, the Bank of Japan raised its policy rate to 1%, and the US Federal Reserve, under new Ch air Kevin Warsh, kept rates unchanged while emphasising its commitment to controlling inflation. Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence provided a further boost to equity markets, with semiconductor and AI - infrastructure companies leading gains. SpaceX’s r ecord - breaking June stock - market listing added to the broader appetite for innovation - led growth companies.
Defensive assets, such as government and corporate bonds, delivered more modest returns. Bond prices recovered from their March weakness but later gave back some ground as investors demanded higher yields in a less certain interest - rate environment. Still, the income paid by bonds helped overall returns. Lower - quality corporate bonds, known as high - yield bonds because they pay a higher rate of interest to compensate investors for taking more risk, performed better than higher - quality investment - grade bonds. This suggested investors were not overly worried about a downturn. The Japanese yen weakened to its lowest level against the US dollar since 1986, while the dollar found some support from its safe - haven status.

SANLAM NINETY ONE INTERNATIONAL INFLATION LINKED BOND FUND (CONTINUED)
Fund Outlook By the end of June there were signs that the energy market disruption that has defined the macro environment since late February is beginning to ease. Shipping traffic through the Strait of Hormuz began to resume in the latter part of the month, with appro ximately 30 – 50% of pre - war flow expected to be restored by mid - July. Should the oil shock continue to fade over H2, the disinflationary profile could improve, although this remains dependent on the pace of supply normalisation and developments in the region. Core inflation has remained relatively contained throughout, helpe d by ongoing moderation in services and the fading impact of tariffs, while lower oil prices as supply recovers could provide further relief.
Against this backdrop, inflation risks have not yet fully abated. Headline energy pressures remain elevated in many markets, second - round effects have begun filtering into broader price baskets and central banks have continued to respond forcefully, with t he ECB hiking rates during June and the Fed maintaining a hawkish stance. As the oil shock fades over H2, however, the disinflationary profile should improve meaningfully. Core inflation has remained relatively contained throughout, helped by ongoing moderation in services and the fading impact of tariffs, while the prospect of significantly lower oil prices as supply recovers should provide further relief.

SANLAM NINETY ONE INTERNATIONAL CREDIT FUND
Investment Objective The objective of the Sanlam Ninety One International Credit Fund (the “Fund”) is to achieve income returns and ready access to capital.
Fund Performance

SANLAM NINETY ONE INTERNATIONAL CREDIT FUND (CONTINUED)
Fund Outlook (continued) Against this backdrop, inflation risks have not yet fully abated. Headline energy pressures remain elevated in many markets, second - round effects have begun filtering into broader price baskets and central banks have continued to respond forcefully, with the ECB hiking rates during June and the Fed maintaining a hawkish stance.

AMPLIFY GLOBAL EQUITY FUND
Investment Objective The Amplify Global Equity Fund (“the Fund”) aims to target capital growth by outperforming the MSCI World Index (in US Dollars) and MSCI All Countries World Index (in US Dollars) over the long term.
Fund Performance
The Amplify Global Equity Fund (the “Fund”) trailed the MSCI World Index and the MSCI ACWI Index in the period, driven by a negative stock selection effect. The Fund benefited from a large positive selection effect within the communication services sector, which supported relative performance. The dual impact of positive allocation and selection effects within the underweighted consumer staples sector also supported relative performance. A strategic underweight allocation in the utilities sector further resulted in a positive contribution to performance in the period. Conversely, negative stock selection effects across the information technology, industrials, and financials sectors detracted from relative results in the period.
Fund Outlook The global economy is in the middle of a period of rapid change, with governments trying to assess the impact of powerful, new artificial intelligence tools and technologies, while reorienting trade, economic, and military policies. Investors continue to s how strong enthusiasm for AI exposure, choosing to reward the spenders and recipients of AI investments. There will likely be more market dispersion as time passes, and we remain focused on applying our rigorous investment philosophy with a long - term outlo ok.
With the benefit of time, we have invested through many periods of technological and political upheaval. The time honoured lesson we have garnered in various settings is that quality companies are able to pivot and adapt as needed, often emerging from peri ods of uncertainty or disruption in an improved position. Therefore, our portfolio construction remains deliberate — anchored by the same principles that have driven our success over six decades. As the business landscape shifts, so do the demands placed o n the companies we own. We favor businesses with fortress - like balance sheets, durable pricing power, and the cash generation to fund their next chapter, because these qualities matter most when uncertainty is the rule, not the exception.

SANLAM MULTI MANAGED GLOBAL EQUITY FUND
Investment Objective The Sanlam Multi Managed Global Equity Fund (“the Fund”) aims to target capital growth over the long term by outperforming the MSCI ACWI Index in US Dollars..
Fund Performance
The Fund is bench marked against MSCI ACWI Index. Note: Performance figures longer than 12 months are annualised. Figures are quoted net of fees.
In Q1, growth - oriented managers, including Ninety One Global Franchise, Amplify Global Equity and Sands Capital, detracted as investors rotated away from technology and high - growth stocks, while value - oriented managers such as Dodge & Cox and LSV Global Value, together with Robeco Boston Partners and GQG Glo bal Equity, provided positive contributions. In Q2, performance rebounded as AI - related technology stocks led markets higher. Sands Global Growth and T. Rowe Price Global Focused Growth were the strongest contributors, benefiting from exposure to the AI in frastructure build - out, while LSV Global Value and Pacific North of South Global Emerging Market Equity also outperformed, supported by holdings in leading semiconductor companies including SK Hynix, Samsung and TSMC. Managers that were underweight technol ogy hardware lagged as the market rally remained narrowly concentrated in AI - related stocks.
Fund Outlook The outlook for the second half of 2026 remains constructive, supported by resilient global economic growth, healthy corporate earnings and continued investment in artificial intelligence (AI). Demand for AI infrastructure, semiconductors and related techn ology is expected to remain a key driver of equity market performance, while improving growth expectations, stronger consumer confidence and continued investor interest in Japanese, European and emerging markets should provide additional support. Emerging markets, particularly Korea and Taiwan, remain well positioned to benefit from ongoing investment in AI supply chains.
Despite the favourable backdrop, investors should remain mindful of several risks. Elevated valuations in AI - related sectors, the increasing concentration of market returns, and concerns over complex AI - related financing structures highlighted by the Bank for International Settlements point to potential vulnerabilities. In fixed income markets, persistent inflation and resilient economic activity are expected to limit the scope for aggressive interest rate cuts, suggesting bond yields could remain elevated and constrain returns from developed market government bonds.

CATALYST GLOBAL LISTED INFRASTRUCTURE UCITS FUND
Investment Objective The investment objective of the Catalyst Global Listed Infrastructure UCITS Fund (the “Fund”) is to generate positive income and capital returns over a medium to long term investment horizon by investing in equity securities issued by infrastructure compan ies.
Fund Performance
The fund is bench marked against FTSE Developed Core Infrastructure 50/50 in USD. Note: Performance figures longer than 12 months are annualised. Figures are quoted gross of fees.
The Fund delivered a gross return of 11.79% for the six months ended 30 June 2026, outperforming its benchmark return of 11.03% by approximately 77 basis points. Performance was positive in both quarters, although the market environment changed considerably during the period. The Fund returned 9.53% in Q1, ahead of the benchmark return of 8.81%, as geopolitical uncertainty, higher energy prices and inflation concerns supported the defensive and inflation linked characteristics of listed infrastructure. In Q2, the Fu nd returned 2.07%, marginally ahead of the benchmark return of 2.03%, as the easing of geopolitical tensions and reversal in energy prices drove a sharp rotation towards broader risk assets and technology - led equity markets.
Over the six - month period, the Fund benefited from its exposure to infrastructure businesses with defensive earnings, inflation linkage and structural growth characteristics. The first quarter was particularly supportive of energy infrastructure and other defensive areas of the portfolio, while the second quarter saw a more differentiated environment as the market rotated away from the beneficiaries of the earlier energy shock. During Q2, stock selection in Canada and Japan and exposure to airport and gas u tility companies contributed positively. Canadian National Railway was a notable contributor, while Central Japan Railway, Tokyo Gas, Atlas Arteria and Centrica also added value. These gains were partly offset by weaker US stock selection, where CSX, Viasa t, Norfolk Southern, Exelon and Sempra detracted.
Overall, the Fund's outperformance during the first half reflects the benefits of active stock selection and diversified exposure across the global listed infrastructure universe. The stronger relative performance generated during Q1 accounted for most of the Fund's excess return for the six - month period, while Q2 performance remained marginally ahead of the benchmark despite a less favourable environment for defensive infrastructure assets. The period demonstrated the portfolio's ability to participate in supportive infrastructure markets while remaining resilient as market leadership shifted sharply during the second quarter.

CATALYST GLOBAL LISTED INFRASTRUCTURE UCITS FUND (CONTINUED)
Fund Outlook The outlook for global listed infrastructure remains constructive, although the second half of 2026 is likely to be influenced by the path of interest rates, geopolitical developments and changing market risk appetite. The structural investment case remain s firmly supported by digitalisation, AI - driven growth in power and compute demand, grid modernisation and energy - security investment. These trends continue to create significant regulated and contracted capital - deployment opportunities across utilities, c ommunications and energy infrastructure. Within utilities, data - centre development is expected to support above - average rate - base and earnings growth for selected operators, while recent weakness in some high - quality regulated businesses has improved prosp ective valuations.
Across other infrastructure sectors, the normalisation of commodity prices should increasingly return the focus in energy transport and storage to durable fee - based revenues, improving balance sheets and growing dividends, particularly among businesses exp osed to structural growth in US natural gas and LNG exports. The outlook for transport infrastructure has also improved, supported by resilient freight volumes, toll - road pricing power and continued recovery in airport activity. While interest - rate and geo political risks may continue to create periods of volatility, the Investment Manager believes that global listed infrastructure remains well positioned to provide a combination of defensive earnings, inflation linkage and exposure to the long - term investme nt required across energy, communications and transportation networks.
