    "abstract": "We report measurements of the Stark shifts and Stark widths of sodium\nspectral lines corresponding to nS-3P and mD-3P transitions. Measurements have\nbeen made on AC driven high pressure NaHg and NaCd discharges. Electron density\nhas been determined from the measurements of the Stark shift of sodium 7S-3P\nspectral line. The electron temperature and the density of neutral particles\nhave been determined analyzing the shape of the measured sodium atomic lines,\ncomparing the calculated and the observed line profiles. Electron density and\ntemperature range from 6x1021 to 1x1022 m-3, and from 3800 to 4100 K\nrespectively. Dependeces of measured Stark shifts and Stark widths on electron\ndensity and temperature hace been investigated. The final results have been\ncompared with available theoretical and experimental data.",
