This document provides you with key investor information about this Fund. It is not marketing material. The information is re quired by law to help you understand the nature and the risks of investing in this Fund. You are advised to read it so you can make an informed decision about whether to invest. AI Continental European Equity Index (Custom Screened) Fund, UK Corporate Accumulation Units, a sub - fund of the Aviva Investors Passive Funds ACS (AIPF ACS) (ISIN: GB00BD39DT40). This fund is managed by Aviv a Investors UK Fund Services Limited. OBJECTIVES AND INVESTMENT POLICY
The aim of the Fund is to seek to provide capital growth and income for investors by tracking closely the performance of the FTSE® Custom Screened World Europe ex UK Index. In pursuing this objective the Fund will directly invest into constituents of the B enchmark Index. The Fund may also invest in permitted transferable securities, permitted money - market instruments, permitted deposits, units in collective investment schemes (including schemes operated by other Aviva Group entities and group entities of th e Investment Manager) and exchange traded funds (including funds operated by group entities of the Investment Manager). Derivatives are linked to the rise and fall of other assets. In other words, they "derive" their price from another asset. They can gene rate returns when share prices and/or indices fall. In addition, the Sub - Fund is subject to Aviva Investors’ baseline exclusion policy – please see Appendix 5 of the Prospectus for information on these limited investment restrictions. Performance and Risk Measurement: The Fund's performance is compared against the Benchmark Index because the Fund intends to replicate the performance of the Benchmark Index. The Fund uses a “tracking error” to measure the consistency between the Fund's returns and the returns of the Benchmark Index. In general, the lower the tracking error, the more consistent the Fund's returns are relative to the Index, and vice - versa.
The Fund has a yearly tracking error target range of 0 - 0.30% (excluding charges). In normal market condit ions the anticipated level of tracking error will be within 0.30% (excluding charges) of the Benchmark Index. As a consequence of this, the fund may be treated as tax transpare nt for the purpose of income and /or gains by relevant taxing jurisdictions. The Prospectus and annual reports are prepared for the umbrella. The fund is a non - UCITs retail scheme. This NURS KII document is specific to this unit class. NURS - KII documents w ill be available for other unit classes within this fund where they exist. The fund's current unit price is calculated on each working day and is published daily on our website. The Depositary of the fund is HSBC Bank plc. It has delegated the function of Custodian of the fund to HSBC Bank plc.
